I'd walked past before when they weren't open and immediately knew I had to return during business hours. I finally did this last weekend. I didn't choose anything to take home this time, but their eclectic collection of prints from many different artists will eventually find a match with my taste. I'm certain of it. And even if it takes a few visits, I'll always enjoy contemplating the meanings of many odd prints.
Ó! Galeria opened in 2009 in Porto's Miguel Bombarda arts quarter and has built its identity entirely around illustration. Led by Ema Ribeiro, it works with young illustrators - mostly Portuguese, some international - showing and selling their work.
