Masseira is a small artisanal bakery in Cedofeita, part of Porto's wave of new-generation padarias rejecting the standardised supermarket loaf. Bread is made with biological flours, natural yeasts, water and salt - no additives, no preservatives - and naturally fermented across long timescales.
