The matcha-lover in my family said they have the best matcha in Porto so I gave it a try. I have to agree. Their ceremonial-grade matcha drinks are outstanding and many of their desserts are matcha-centered and delicious. There's also just a very chill energy to the space.
Kiwa was opened by Jacci - originally from South Korea, by way of Southern California - and operates as both a matcha bar and a specialty-coffee shop. The matcha is ceremonial grade and sourced directly from Japan; the coffee is single-origin specialty.
